Neposílejte elektronické žádosti o dotace na poslední chvíli

(10.2.2011)

Výkonná agentura pro vzdělávání, audiovizi a kulturu, jež spravuje program EU Culture, varuje před odesíláním elektronických žádostí těsně před uzávěrkou. Doporučuje odeslat žádost již den předem. Předkládáme návod (v ang.), co v takové situaci udělat.

Dopis od zástupce Výkonné agentury EACEA:

Judging from experience from other strands most candidates submit their application between 11h00 and 12h00. This means that in case of problems they will not be able to contact on time the Helpdesk and solve their problem.

Given the fact that most problems encountered by candidates are linked to their PC configuration and not to e-form bugs we cannot accept submission past that deadline in respect to the equal treatment rule.

We kindly ask you to inform applicants on this matter and explain what they should do in case of a problem during submission:

- Avoid submitting at 11h50 it is too late to react in case of a problem. It is advisable to submit at least the day before.

- In case of a problem candidates should contact the external helpdesk by phone (+32 229 90705) or by e-mail eacea-external-helpdesk@ec.europa.eu WITHIN the deadline (01/10/2010 12h00). The demand should be accompanied by a print screen of the error message in order to help the people understand and possibly solve the problem.

- Past the deadline we cannot accept any demand unless there is a material proof (print screen…) that the candidates tried to submit within the deadline and could not do so because of a problem linked to the e-form. Our IT team will analyse and verify the veracity of the complaint

- We will not accept e-forms coming from CCP's past the deadline. We consider that there is enough information in our website as to where the complaints are to be addressed, that is the external helpdesk, so in case you are contacted by candidates give them the e-mail address and explain to them what to do
